Take the Rate My Life Quiz

Your Life Analysis:

Life: Your life rating is a score of the sum total of your life, and accounts for how satisfied, successful, balanced, capable, valuable, and happy you are. The quiz attempts to put a number on the summation of all of these things, based on your answers. Your life score leaves room for improvement. You can make changes to improve your trouble areas, and this will bring you greater satisfaction. Focus on your weakest points and set about to change them. Do not delay your happiness and success. (Read more on improving your life)

Mind: Your mind rating is a score of your mind's clarity, ability, and health. Higher scores indicate an advancement in knowledge, clear and capable thinking, high mental health, and pure thought free of interference. Your mind score is not bad, but could be improved upon. Your mental health is not weak, but you are not achieving full mental clarity and function. Learn how to unclutter your mind. Keep learning, keep improving, continue moving forward.

Body: Your body rating measures your body's health, fitness, and general wellness. A healthy body contributes to a happy life, however many of us are lacking in this area. You have an excellent body score, which means you are incredibly focused on maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Continue in that focus, and your body will remain healthy and strong.

Spirit: Your spirit rating seeks to capture in a number that elusive quality which is found in your faith, your attitude, and your philosophy on life. A higher score indicates a greater sense of inner peace and balance. You seem to be lacking in spirit. Improve your score by refining your beliefs and searching for answers to philosophical questions. Consider new belief systems if your current beliefs are not rewarding you.

Friends/Family: Your friends and family rating measures your relationships with those around you, and is based on how large, healthy, and dependable your social network is. You scored at the very low end for friends and family. This means that your social network is weak and not functioning. Consider re-establishing old bonds as you work on forging new ones. You will be greatly rewarded in return. Try using MeetUp.com to find people near you who share your interests.

Love: Your love rating is a measure of your current romantic situation. Sharing your heart with another person is one of life's most glorious, terrifying, rewarding experiences. Your love score is fairly average. Things could be worse, and thankfully they aren't. But you must work to improve this area, turn an average score into a great score.

Finance: Your finance rating is a score that rates your current financial health and stability. You have a rather good financial score, which is not all that common these days. Keep doing what works. Avoid common pitfalls and save for the future. You will be glad you did.

New shining shoes

Bought two pairs of shoes today from Marshalls - One pair of running shoes, Reebok Premiere Lite II; and one pair of Dockers proStyle Perspective. Both of them were bought at good deals, and I love them!

The RBK Lite II is last year's model, Reebok has Running Lite III now. I don't really care about the "models". Shoes are shoes - They need to be comfortable and looking great. Lite II is REALLY light and thin. I like running shoes for casual use. Oh, and the funny thing is, the Lite II has "速度" (speed) printed at the rear - That's right, Chinese! It's a little weird, and I usaually don't like cloth with Chinese printed. I was looking for a pair of running shoes for gym exercise. Since it was on sale, I decided to give it a try. I don't know what the designers were thinking when they designed the shoes - they must have believed it was cool...

Dockers Perspective is even better - Shining and stylish. I was looking for a new pair of business shoes, and I finally found them. The best thing about it is its cushion. I used to hate business shoes because they kill my feet at the end of the day. The more "professional" the shoe looks, the worse one will feel about his feet after walking in the office all day long. Style doesn't really alway come with comfort, but I think the Perspective really align the two together...see pictures for more details. =)

San Francisco Air Show and Ferrari Show

Went to San Francisco Air Show on Oct 9th, which was part of San Franciso October Festivals, We were very lucky to run into the Ferrari Show in Washington Square Park. When I said "Ferrari Show", I really mean it. It's not like some Auto Show that you merely see one or two hot shot cars that are parked on the stage and are 20 feet away from you. In this kind of show, you can really get close to the cars and sneak out some details! Yeah, that's right! - Check out the pictures in my album. It was the 1st time ever for me to see so many Ferrari cars at once. It was an amazing experience. I was too busy to post the pictures I took on that day, and it's unbelieable that I almost forgot about it until today.

Blue Angle was good. But I realized my point-and-shoot camera was not good enough for Air Shows afterwards. The zoom was too little, and the striking sound of jet engines were totally missed out when one only sees the pictures. You have to be there to experience it. Again, it was my 1st Air Show experience. Before that day, I hope there would be an Air Force base opened to the public to see the actual jet fighters. I know it was the case for some Air Shows happended in Michigan a few years ago, and my parents went to see that. It was not the case, but I was very happy anyways.

Brilliant Thoughts!

I forgot where I found this article, but this person definitely has his brilliant view of Steve Jobs...Whether it is (will be) true or not, Motorola is truly the looser of this iPhone deal...Great thoughts!
