Mitsubishi Evo VIII vs. Lamborghini Murcielago

BBC has a show called "Top Gear". I like the show very much besides the funny British accent. (o'.'o) Now in this video, it introduces the Mitsubishi Evo VIII FQ-400, a special edition that costs >$80K USD.

This amazing car features a turbocharged 2.0L 4-cylinder engine that produces an incredible 405 bhp @ 6800rpm and 355.00 ft. lbs torque @ 5000rpm. It rockets from 0-60 in just 3.55 seconds. So I guess "FQ-400" is somehow linked to its horsepower measurement.

Most importantly though, this 4x4 sedan handles corners BETTER than a V12 Lamborghini Murcielago! You don't believe me, don't you? Then check out this video - drop your mouth wide open...I wonder how Evo VIII performs against a WRX STI - That will be another great race!

Great advertisement by 3M

I assume any sort of high-tech mass destruction weapons are prohibited. But other than that, I'm sure it's not easy to break those glasses. Way to go, 3M!!!

是真功夫还是合成?

这位老大真的是很厉害. 不知道是真功夫还是电影合成的. 有些动作只在街霸里看过, 没想到真人也可以做到. 看来武侠小说里的故事也不一定是骗人的...

Paris Hilton says Goodbye to her Bentley

So how much money does a "typical" person lose from a trip to Las Vegas? $500? $1000? Or maybe $5000?

How about losing $100,000 in a poker game? And that's exactly how Paris Hilton lost her Bentley at her family's casino in Las Vegas...

I found the news from AutoBlog today. I guess that's the consequence when a rich bitch lost her mind...

While the "poor" work their ass off to make a comfortable living, the "rich" says:
"I'm obsessed with poker," the 25-year-old Hilton admitted. "It's my favourite game. I'm really lucky in Vegas, I always win."

Did you dig it? - The 1st iPod introduction

Did you dig it? I mean did you know how successful iPod would be back in 2001? If you did, you would have bought Apple's stock at that time...watch this, and watch how Steve Jobs' plain English presentation changed the world of music...

Google has a Chinese name, too!

Language is always a barrier for international business. Even the easily spelled "Google" has to be changed to adapt a Chinese name, when Google actually wants to gain more recognition among the Chinese Internet users (that includes "Chinese grandma", of course).

FT.com reports "Google’s ‘old dog’ taught Chinese tricks"...click the link for more details....

"Gu Ge"?! How do you write this shit in Chinese? It sounds similiar to the Chinese translation of Viagra...

Ha! China's got RedBerry

Just when RIM shows a little of their smily face from the patent war and prepares to launch their BlackBerry in yet another market with huge potential - China, it is reported on globeandmail.com that China's got RedBerry!

Well, good luck RIM! All you need to do is to sell your BlackBerry for another $200USD less.

每天一首歌-侧田

前天看了由任贤齐和杨千华主演的<天生一对>,不得感觉OK啦. 不过里面的插曲非常好听.现在推荐一下:

歌词在这里:

Every time when i thinking of you
I just don't know what to do
tange myself when i dreaming of you
making sure that you can love me too
how is slip over it all my happy days
the one matting cruel when i feeling blue
just to show you that i am prove with you
oh i never want it to
how can love so beautiful never stop the way
when i get to the place i swear i write you a song each everyday
oh gotta missing you who drive me so insane
standing on the lonely pouring rain
can't explain can't explain my pain

Apple Store at Manhattan

This is how much Americans are crazy about Apple, that Apple sees the necessity (from a marketing perspective, of course) of building an Apple store at Manhattan that will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week.

This picture is borrowed from this album.

New Civic commercial

Nothing fancy about this commercial, but I like how the Europeans present their products. Some of the features available in the 2006 Civic Euro Edition probably will not be available for Americans in this decade.
Featuring a 2.2L diesel engine, manual gearbox, push button starter, voice navigation system, and an impressive 55mpg. Prices start at $21,782 (?12,500).

"Ferrari Crash Survivor Arrested For Car's Theft"

Check this out:

Looks familiar? It actually looks like this:

Which is something I posted a while back about a crashed $1M Ferrari.

So this guy is finally arrested for been a car theft - May be he played Grand Theft Auto (GTA) too much?

According to this top news at CBS13,
Stefan Eriksson, 44, was arrested at his Bel-Air home Saturday night after detectives served a search warrant, the Sheriff's Department said in a statement. It wasn't immediately clear whether sheriff's officials suspect Eriksson stole the Ferrari.
