Healthy Diet Lunch
- A small bag of cereal;
- a 4oz yogurt
- a fruit, typically an apple, or a banana, or both
I've been eating these stuff for lunch for about 2 weeks now.
This combo probably has about 300-400 calories, some vitamins and some fiber. I'd say pretty lean and healthy.
