What can I say? I got this message from an email alias. The person who sent out the job posting was someone from my college. Nothing special about the job, but the person who sent the email was pissed about the pay rate. The problem is that the employer needs a high school student, and they're paying the job for >$20CND per hour.
If everyone in this person (who sent the email)'s class counts in the over time he or she works for a company (assuming the person has a white collar engineering job), I bet the per-hour-rate is lower than how much the high-school-grad gets. I guess after all there is a reason of feeling uncomfortable if we paid >$50,000 for college and found a $25/hr full-time job working at 50~60 hours per week, huh?
