Shanghai City Model Largest in the World

These pictures of an impressive city model of Shanghai represent what the city might look like by Year 2020. According to dvice,

At over 1,000 square feet, it shows every single building in China's most populated city, or at least every single building planned. It's on the third floor of the Shanghai Urban Planning Museum, and it is in fact the largest scale model of a city in the world.

I certainly hope the model is updated frequent enough as the construction rate in Shanghai (as well as major any other cities in China) is very fast.
